You are going to give a talk about travelling. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and speak for not more than 2 minutes (10-12 sentences).

- what tourists usually do while travelling
- what places in your region you recommend tourists should visit
- what your attitude to travelling is

I’m going to give a talk about travelling.
It’s true that modern people travel a lot. There are more international companies now and a lot of their employees have to go on business trips. Also people are interested in travelling for pleasure because it’s a good chance to discover new places. Today there are many different means of transport, such us planes, trains and cars, which help us to get to the place we need much faster. So it is easier to travel now.
While travelling people often go sightseeing and take pictures of the most famous places all over the world. Many people love trying national cuisine and they visit a lot of local cafes and restaurants. Some people are interested in such cultural places like museums and cathedrals. Tastes are different.
In my region it is worth seeing the city where I live, especially the city center. Also for people who are interested in more active type of travelling I would recommend to visit local villages/mountains/lake regions with their special atmosphere.
I am a big fan of travelling so, of course, my attitude to it is very positive.
